Scope of Services. Through this Site, Omegastar Lab Collection Services markets and arranges Paternity DNA Test, Maternity DNA Test, Alcohol Testing, Pre-Employment Drug Testing, Workplace Drug Testing. All work is performed under separate written agreement.

Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.

Use Restrictions. Prohibited activities include unlawful use, disruption of services, unauthorized access, automated scraping, malware transmission, and impersonation.

Copyright. Site content is owned by or licensed to Omegastar Lab Collection Services and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute content without written permission.

Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.

Suspension. Site access may be suspended or terminated for any reason, including violation of these Terms, with or without prior notice.

Disclaimers. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Omegastar Lab Collection Services makes no representations regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability of Site content.

Cap on Damages. Liability of Omegastar Lab Collection Services arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.

Indemnity. You agree to defend and indemnify Omegastar Lab Collection Services from claims, including reasonable attorney fees, that result from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.

Applicable Law. These Terms are construed under MN law. The parties consent to venue and jurisdiction in MN for any related dispute.

Revisions. Terms may be amended at our discretion. We post the current version here; your continued use means you agree to any amendments.
